Hawarden Physiotherapy and Acupuncture Clinic is pleased to have the opportunity to offer physiotherapy and acupuncture services to the people of Hawarden, Ewloe and surrounding areas.

As clinical director, Gerry has over 40 years experience of working as a physiotherapist within the areas of elite sport, the military and in private practice both here in the UK and abroad.

Throughout his long and varied career, Gerry has focused on delivering forward-thinking and scientific-based physiotherapy treatments such as electrotherapy and acupuncture, in addition to providing traditional physiotherapy using a hands-on approach.

Gerry's main areas of expertise are in the musculoskeletal field of physiotherapy, sports medicine, and injury rehabilitation which includes after surgery. In keeping with the times though, Gerry sees injury prevention as an essential part of treatment and focuses on treatment techniques designed to minimise the risk of repeat or recurrent injuries.

Gerry is also committed to physiotherapists' continued education, having developed the Physiotherapy Masters Degree program at Bangor University.
